The two-day National Level Seminar titled Bengal - British Encounters: Text, Stage and Screen organized by Acharya Girish Chandra Bose College was held on 12 and 13 September 2023 in collaboration with Paschimbanga Natya Academy. It included eminent plenary speakers including Prof. Sanjoy Mukhopadhyay, Dr. Joydeep Ghosh, Dr. Partha Sarathi Gupta and many others. The two days of the seminar witnessed around 40 paper presentations endorsed by a hall full of eager and involved audience. The seminar reveled in the glory and dexterity of erudite and scholarly insights while revealing the manifold untrodden avenues and scopes of research within its paraphernalia.
